Here’s how to to use LeadSync to get your Facebook Lead Ad leads into the Hubspot CRM:

Login to your Hubspot account.

In Hubspot, go to the Create form section

With the form you will be creating, make sure the fields you add are the same fields you are using in your Facebook Lead Form. Name your form appropriately, save it and publish once you are done.

Login to LeadSync.me and click go to Connections, then click the Add Connection button.

Under Connection, selecting Hubspot. You will automatically be prompted to login to your Hubspot account.

After you grant access, you will returned to LeadSync’s Setup Connection page. Name your connection and click Update Connection

After clicking Update connection, a new field will appear (List). Select the Hubspot form you created in step 3 and then click on Update connection again.

Now it’s time to add your Facebook Lead form. Go to the Lead Forms section and click on the Add Facebook Lead Form button.

From the Setup Notifications form, select the Facebook Page and the lead form you're using in your Facebook Ad, then the Hubspot connection you created. In the the fields section, it’s important to make sure the Facebook form fields match the Hubspot fields (email = email etc.)

Once you're done, click on Update Notification and you are all set.

Here's how to test your connection. This should add a test lead to Hubspot.
