How to Add TikTok Lead Gen Form Leads to Brevo (Sendinblue)
Automatically add TikTok Lead Gen Form leads to Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as contacts.
Before You Start
- LeadSync account (Business plan or higher)
- TikTok for Business account with Lead Gen Form access
- An active TikTok Lead Gen Form campaign
- A Brevo account with at least one contact list
Step 1: Connect Your TikTok Account
- Log in to LeadSync
- Go to Ad Accounts > TikTok from the left menu
- Click Add TikTok Account
- Sign in to TikTok for Business and authorize LeadSync
- Your account appears in the table when connected
Step 2: Set Up a Brevo Connection
- Go to Connections from the left menu
- Click Add Connection
- Select Brevo (Sendinblue) from the dropdown
- Enter your Brevo API Key (found in Settings > API Keys)
- Select the Contact List to add leads to
- Name your connection (e.g., "TikTok Leads List")
- Click Update Connection
Step 3: Connect Your Lead Gen Form
- Go to Lead Forms from the left menu
- Click Add TikTok Lead Form
- Select your Ad Account from the dropdown
- Select your Lead Gen Form
- Select your Brevo Connection
- Map your fields: Match TikTok form fields to Brevo contact attributes
- Email (required)
- First Name → FIRSTNAME
- Last Name → LASTNAME
- Phone → SMS (if available)
- Click Update Notification
Step 4: Test Your Setup
Submit a test lead through your TikTok campaign. The contact should appear in your Brevo list within 1-2 minutes.
Troubleshooting
- Can't see your Ad Account? Make sure your TikTok account has access to the ad account.
- Contact not in Brevo? Check that the email field is mapped correctly.
- Form not showing? The form must be part of an active or paused campaign.
- API Key issues? Generate a new API key in Brevo Settings.
