How to Integrate Facebook Lead Ads with Pipedrive

Pipedrive is an excellent CRM and sales pipeline management system small to medium businesses and sales teams. If you don’t yet have a CRM and think you need one, then take a good look at Pipedrive, it’s an excellent CRM for smaller teams, and it’s reasonably priced compared to the likes of SalesForce (for example).

How to get your Facebook Leads into Pipedrive

Login to LeadSync and click on "Connect a Service".
Select PipeDrive from the Connection drop down menu.
Login to your Pipedrive account. From your user profile drop down menu at the top right of screen, go to Personal Preferences, then the API tab. Copy your personal API token.



Back in LeadSync, paste the API key into the "Add your Pipedrive API key" field, then click "Update connection" button.
Back in the Lists section, click on "Add Facebook Lead Form".
Select you Page, Form and Connection, then assign any custom fields if you have them.



Click "Update Notifications".

Note: Leads will Appear in the PipeDrive Deals Section


When you start generating leads, they should appear in the Deals section.


Here's how to test your connection. This should add a test lead to PipeDrive.
