How to Send LinkedIn Lead Gen Form Leads to Slack
Get instant Slack notifications when someone submits your LinkedIn Lead Gen Form.
Before You Start
- LeadSync account (Business plan or higher)
- LinkedIn account with Lead Gen Form access
- An active LinkedIn Lead Gen Form campaign
- A Slack workspace with permission to add apps
Step 1: Connect Your LinkedIn Account
- Log in to LeadSync
- Go to Ad Accounts > LinkedIn from the left menu
- Click Add LinkedIn Account
- Sign in to LinkedIn and authorize LeadSync
- Your account appears in the table when connected
Step 2: Set Up a Slack Connection
- Go to Connections from the left menu
- Click Add Connection
- Select Slack from the dropdown
- Click Connect to Slack and authorize LeadSync
- Select the Channel where you want lead notifications
- Name your connection (e.g., "LinkedIn Leads Channel")
- Click Update Connection
Step 3: Connect Your Lead Gen Form
- Go to Lead Forms from the left menu
- Click Add LinkedIn Lead Form
- Select your Ad Account from the dropdown
- Select your Lead Gen Form
- Select your Slack Connection
- Click Update Notification
Step 4: Test Your Setup
Submit a test lead through your LinkedIn campaign. A notification should appear in your Slack channel within 1-2 minutes.
Troubleshooting
- Can't see your Ad Account? Make sure your LinkedIn account has access to the ad account.
- No Slack message? Check that LeadSync has permission to post in the selected channel.
- Form not showing? The form must be part of an active or paused campaign.
- Wrong channel? Edit your connection and select a different Slack channel.
