How to Check and Connect Your Lead Ad Forms in LeadSync
This guide will help you quickly check if your lead ad forms are connected to LeadSync and show you how to connect them if they’re not.
1. Access the Report
• Go to the Meta Lead Ads Report section in LeadSync.
• Select your Ads Account from the dropdown menu.
You’ll see a list of your ads and whether their lead forms are connected to LeadSync.
2. Use Filters to Find Specific Ads
• You can filter ads by:
• Campaign
• Ad Set
• Delivery Status (e.g., Active or Paused)
• This helps you focus on specific ads or check all active ones quickly.
3. Identify and Connect Unlinked Lead Forms
• Look for ads with forms that aren’t connected to LeadSync.
• Click the Connect button next to these ads.
This will take you to the Lead Ad Notification section.
4. Set Up a Notification
• In the Lead Ad Notification section:
• Select the Page and Form.
• Choose your Connection (CRM or email marketing platform).
• Set up your notification preferences.
5. Save and Verify
• After setting up, save your settings.
• Return to the report to ensure all forms are now connected.
