How to Integrate Meta Lead with Jobber CRM

Overview

LeadSync automatically sends leads from your Facebook Lead Ads directly to Jobber as new clients. When someone fills out your Facebook lead form, their information is instantly created as a client in Jobber—no manual data entry required.

Getting Started

What do I need before setting this up?

You'll need:

  • A LeadSync account (free trial or paid subscription)
  • A Jobber account with API access
  • A Facebook Business Page with Lead Ads enabled
  • At least one active Lead Ad form on Facebook

Does LeadSync work with all Jobber plans?

LeadSync works with Jobber plans that include API access. Most Jobber plans support this integration.

What permissions does LeadSync need in Jobber?

LeadSync requests permission to:

  • Read clients — to check for existing clients
  • Create clients — to add new leads as clients

LeadSync cannot access your invoices, quotes, jobs, or financial data.

My Jobber connection failed. What went wrong?

Common causes:

  • Pop-up blocker — Disable pop-up blockers for LeadSync
  • Browser cookies — Clear cookies and try again
  • Jobber login issues — Make sure you can log in to Jobber directly first
  • Wrong Jobber account — If you have multiple Jobber accounts, ensure you're authorizing the correct one

How do I reconnect if my Jobber connection expires?

Jobber tokens can expire after extended periods. To reconnect:

  1. Go to Connections in LeadSync
  2. Find your Jobber connection and click Edit
  3. Click Reconnect or delete and create a new connection
  4. Re-authorize in Jobber

How do I choose which Facebook form to connect?

When selecting a form, LeadSync shows you:

  • Form name
  • Date created
  • Number of leads received
  • Status (Active/Inactive)

Choose the form with recent leads to ensure you're connecting the correct one. If a form shows 0 leads, double-check that it's the right form.

Can I connect multiple Facebook forms to Jobber?

Yes. Create a separate automation for each Facebook form you want to connect. Each form can have its own field mapping.
