Start a WhatsApp Conversation with a Facebook Lead

There's now a one-tap button for this

Switch on Action buttons in Message Settings and every lead email gets a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with the lead, with a message ready to send. SMS and WhatsApp alerts link to the lead's page, which has the same button. See Call, text or mark a lead straight from your lead alert. The manual method below still works.

If you'd like to receive an Email or SMS notifications with a link to contact leads via WhatsApp, you can combine our #phone token with the https://wa.me/ link. 

Just add https://wa.me/#phone into your Email and SMS message settings as follows:
