How to Add Google Ads Leads to Monday.com

Automatically add Google Ads lead form extension leads to Monday.com as new board items.

Before You Start

  • LeadSync account (Business plan or higher)
  • Google Ads account with lead form extensions enabled
  • An active Google Ads campaign with lead forms
  • A Monday.com account

Step 1: Connect Your Google Ads Account

  1. Log in to LeadSync
  2. Go to Ad Accounts > Google from the left menu
  3. Click Add Google Account
  4. Sign in to Google and authorize LeadSync
  5. Your account appears in the table when connected

Step 2: Set Up a Monday.com Connection

  1. Go to Connections from the left menu
  2. Click Add Connection
  3. Select Monday from the dropdown
  4. Click Connect to Monday.com and authorize LeadSync
  5. Name your connection (e.g., "Google Ads Leads")
  6. Click Update Connection

Step 3: Connect Your Lead Form

  1. Go to Lead Forms from the left menu
  2. Click Add Google Lead Form
  3. Select your Ad Account from the dropdown
  4. Select your Lead Form
  5. Select your Monday.com Connection
  6. Select the board and group where items should be created
  7. Map your fields: Match Google form fields to Monday.com columns
  8. Email
  9. First Name
  10. Last Name
  11. Phone
  12. Company
  13. Click Update Notification

Step 4: Test Your Setup

Submit a test lead through your Google Ads campaign. The item should appear in your Monday.com board within 1-2 minutes.

Troubleshooting

  • Can't see your Ad Account? Make sure your Google account has access to the ad account.
  • Item not appearing? Check that the email field is mapped correctly.
  • Form not showing? The form must be part of an active or paused campaign.
  • Connection expired? Reconnect by editing the connection and re-authorizing with Monday.com.
