How to Send TikTok Lead Gen Form Leads to Follow Up Boss

Automatically add TikTok Lead Gen Form leads to Follow Up Boss CRM as new people.

Before You Start

• LeadSync account (Business plan or higher)
• TikTok for Business account with Lead Gen Form access
• An active TikTok Lead Gen Form campaign
• A Follow Up Boss account

Step 1: Connect Your TikTok Account

1. Log in to LeadSync
2. Go to Ad Accounts > TikTok from the left menu
3. Click Add TikTok Account
4. Sign in to TikTok for Business and authorize LeadSync
5. Your account appears in the table when connected

Step 2: Set Up a Follow Up Boss Connection

1. Go to Connections from the left menu
2. Click Add Connection
3. Select Follow Up Boss from the dropdown
4. Enter your Follow Up Boss API Key
5. Name your connection (e.g., "TikTok Leads")
6. Click Update Connection

Step 3: Connect Your Lead Gen Form

1. Go to Lead Forms from the left menu
2. Click Add TikTok Lead Form
3. Select your Ad Account from the dropdown
4. Select your Lead Gen Form
5. Select your Follow Up Boss Connection
6. Map your fields: Match TikTok form fields to Follow Up Boss fields
7. Email
8. First Name
9. Last Name
10. Phone
11. Click Update Notification

Step 4: Test Your Setup

Submit a test lead through your TikTok campaign. The person should appear in Follow Up Boss within 1-2 minutes.

Troubleshooting

• Can't see your Ad Account? Make sure your TikTok account has access to the ad account.
• Lead not in Follow Up Boss? Check that email or phone is mapped - at least one is required.
• Form not showing? The form must be part of an active or paused campaign.
• API Key issues? Get your API key from Follow Up Boss Settings > API.
