How to Integrate Facebook Lead Ads with ServiceBridge

If you are already using ServiceBridge, and you want to get your Facebook Lead Ad leads into the platform, then here’s how you can do it via LeadSync.
Log-in to your ServiceBridge account:
In the dashboard view, in the upper right corner, click the small gear icon, and from the list select “Public API”
Copy the API User ID to Notepad or TextEdit software:
Afterward, log-in to your LeadSync account and go to Connections and then the Add Connection button.
From the Connection drop-down, select ServiceBridge, then paste your saved API User ID and enter in your ServiceBridge account password and name your connection ServiceBridge. Click Update Connection
Now to to the Lead Forms section and click on the Add Facebook Lead Form Button
Select the Facebook Page and lead form that you're using in your Lead Ad campaigns. Select ServiceBridge as the connection. If you are using custom fields in Facebook lead forms and ServiceBridge, make sure to match your Facebook form fields with your ServiceBridge fields. Otherwise leave the ServiceBridge fields as is. Email, Name, and Source are mapped automatically.
Here's how to test your connection. This should add a test lead to this connection.
