Can I pause my subscription?

Yes! If you need a break, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling. Pausing is a great option if you want to stop billing temporarily but keep all your data intact.

What happens when you pause

  • Billing stops — you won't be charged while paused
  • Lead syncing stops — new leads won't be processed or delivered
  • Your data is preserved — all your ad accounts, lead forms, integrations, and settings are kept safe
  • You can resume anytime — pick up right where you left off

How to pause your subscription

  1. Log in to LeadSync
  2. Go to Account > Billing
  3. Scroll down to the Pause Subscription section
  4. Click the Pause Subscription button

Your subscription will be paused immediately.

How to resume

  1. Log in to LeadSync (you can still access your account while paused)
  2. You'll be directed to the Billing page
  3. Click Resume Subscription

Billing will resume on your next billing cycle and lead syncing will restart automatically.
