Can I pause my subscription?¶
Yes! If you need a break, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling. Pausing is a great option if you want to stop billing temporarily but keep all your data intact.
What happens when you pause¶
- Billing stops — you won't be charged while paused
- Lead syncing stops — new leads won't be processed or delivered
- Your data is preserved — all your ad accounts, lead forms, integrations, and settings are kept safe
- You can resume anytime — pick up right where you left off
How to pause your subscription¶
- Log in to LeadSync
- Go to Account > Billing
- Scroll down to the Pause Subscription section
- Click the Pause Subscription button
Your subscription will be paused immediately.
How to resume¶
- Log in to LeadSync (you can still access your account while paused)
- You'll be directed to the Billing page
- Click Resume Subscription
Billing will resume on your next billing cycle and lead syncing will restart automatically.

If you're unsure whether you'll return, pausing is the safer option — you can always cancel later.
