How to Send Facebook Leads to GoHighLevel

GoHighLevel (HighLevel) is an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform popular with agencies. LeadSync sends your Facebook and Instagram lead ads straight into a GoHighLevel sub-account as contacts in real time, with tags that can trigger your workflows.

Connect GoHighLevel to LeadSync

  1. Login to LeadSync.me and go to Connections, then click the Add Connection button.

  2. Under Connection, select GoHighLevel. Give the connection a name for your own reference, then connect.

  3. GoHighLevel shows an install screen listing what LeadSync can access (read and write contacts, read locations and custom fields). Review it and confirm.

  4. Choose the sub-account (location) you want leads delivered into. You are returned to LeadSync and the connection completes automatically.

Tip

If no sub-account appears to choose from, create one in GoHighLevel first (Sub-Accounts, then Create Sub-Account), then connect again.

Connect your Facebook lead form and map the fields

  1. Go to the Lead Forms section and click Add Facebook Lead Form.

  2. Select the Facebook Page and the lead form you are using in your ad, then select your GoHighLevel connection.

  3. A field mapping table appears. Map each Facebook form field to the matching GoHighLevel field. Make sure you map an email (or phone), since GoHighLevel needs one to create a contact. Map first name, phone, and any custom questions to the fields you want.

Add tags to trigger your workflows

  1. In the Insert Tags field, type the tags you want applied to every lead from this form, for example facebook-lead. Press enter between each one.

You do not need to create the tags in GoHighLevel first. GoHighLevel adds any new tag automatically on the first lead. You can then build a GoHighLevel workflow with the trigger Contact Tag to start an SMS, a nurture sequence, or a pipeline opportunity for every new lead.

  1. Click Update Notification to save.
